  • Conducting market research of students at UD to determine where opportunities lie for expanding attendance and engaging more students.

  • Interview other former athletes to create 30 minute to hour long episodes to help other female student athletes navigate topics like recruiting, mental health, NIL, balance, social media, and injury prevention.

  • Oversee a committee of over 20 student athletes.

  • Attend meetings with administration officials in athletics to plan, host, and market events focused on helping student athletes learn and connect with businesses to utilize their Name, Image, and Likeness for mutually profitable agreements.

  • Carry out individual consulting meetings with student athletes to help fine tune and expand their social media branding and presence, reach out to businesses, and connect them with NIL deals.
